Wilson High School Leo Club has embraced the BCPS Share and Care Holiday party, hosted annually by West Lawn United Methodist Church, as one of their service projects. For the last four years, the students have committed countless hours to the event, from helping to make hundreds of gingerbread houses the night before to volunteering at the party and interacting with the children and families. The students bring so much joy to the children at a difficult time in their lives.

 

Wilson High School Leo Club was nominated by Alice Moyer, West Lawn United Methodist Church.  Alice Moyer shared, “The students are committed to service in our community and live out the Lions Club motto ‘We Serve’.”
