Each 8 week course of R3 provides participants with:

R3 utilizes best practices to transform participants’ lives by improving employment outcomes by reducing recidivism. BCPS created this comprehensive program model that utilizes best practices in reentry programming and technical education.
Participants also receive:
Flagger and OSHA Safety certifications
42 hours of additional workforce preparation, support, job placement and retention assistance
*From the program’s inception in October 2017, participants have contributed 7,700 hours to Habitat for Humanity and Neighborhood Housing Services.
